The studio runs daily classes, where all levels are welcome. But if you’re a total beginner then we offer basic classes to help you find the confidence you need to get to know your body.

9-9:45am – Morning Move & Stretch

10-10:45am – Core Tone Pilates (Light Weights)

Tuesday

9-9:45am – Energising Yoga Flow

10-10:45am – Yogalates Flow

Wednesday

5:45pm – Unwind & Flow

Thursday

9-9:45am – Yogalates with weights

10-10:45am – Yogalates with weights

Friday

9-9:45am – Feel Good Friday Yoga

10-10:45am – Dynamic Pilates (Ball or Bodyweight)

Saturday

9-9:45am – FREE Park Yoga (Seasonal)
